 More than 781,000 people evaluated!

I know it may sound like a billboard at a fast food restaurant but the fact remains, when I did recruiting, I evaluated more than 781,000 people and filled 1200+ positions in the United States plus many many consulting assignments. Now, I coach people and organizations to be more effective with job search and hiring staff.

Search jobs I’m still trying to fill.

Remember: What my clients still ask me to find are “high impact people.” If you are qualified, interested and want to forward your resume to me, please include the impact you’ve made in your firm or with your clients.

In addition, I provide executive job search, career coaching as well as business life coaching to many people. If you are interested in 1:1 coaching, email me at and include the word “Coaching” in the subject line. I coach by phone, Skype and Facetime.

Before I tell you about all the valuable content I make available here, I want to pass the hat. You have access to lots of information you can watch, listen to or read to help you find work. Each book I’ve written, each podcast I’ve created, each YouTube video I offer was created at the price of time away from my family and my work.

Hey Jeff. I’m a big fan! Thanks to your helpful videos! I’ve just been offered a Sales and Marketing position at  Fujitsu Technology. Thank You!!

I publish an ezine about job hunting, effective staffing and life coaching. Sign up for a complimentary subscription while you’re here.

I also podcast two shows about finding work, “Job Search Radio” and “No B. S. Job Search Advice Radio.” I did another about hiring, recruiting and staffing called No B. S. Hiring Advice Radio for 18 months, too. As a matter of fact, why not subscribe to them in iTunes, Stitcher or TuneIn and leave a favorable review while you’re at it. The way they work, the more favorable ratings and reviews a show receives, the more people discover it.

“Used the two questions podcast technique today in an interview. We started out as ‘hiring 3rd quarter 2015′ and took it to ‘maybe we need to bring you in sooner.’ “

“I wanted to thank you for providing incredible information for job seekers!  I am a great employee, but a poor job seeker.  I spent 21 great years in the USAF and when I retired I was picked up immediately by Harris Corp. by a former vet and friend.  I’ve only had two jobs in 29 years of employment so looking for work now is..daunting!

You can find out about my books Please pay at least $2.50 for any or all of them.

I see my role as helping the world find work and help companies hire people who will exceed expectations

Sometimes,  it is in my work as a job search coach.

Sometimes, I am able to do it in my role as a career coach. Sometimes, it comes through leadership coaching or business coaching.

Sometimes it is going to be by providing great content to help you as a job hunter or you as an HR professional, hiring manager or business owner make even better staffing decisions.
